1. General These Terms and Conditions apply to all educational programs, courses, and seminars (collectively “Programs”) organized by BtS Academy. By registering for a Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility and Professional Credentials BtS Academy provides advanced medical education exclusively for qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Aesthetic Nurses). By registering, you warrant that you hold a valid professional license. BtS Academy reserves the right to verify credentials and refuse entry if requirements are not met.
3. Registration and Payment Registration is binding. All course fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required to secure your seat. Due to the high demand and limited capacity, your seat is only guaranteed once payment is confirmed.
4. Cancellation, Exchange, and Transfer Policy Due to the exclusive nature of our Programs and the strictly limited number of seats available, BtS Academy does not offer refunds once a registration is confirmed and paid.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or special impediments that prevent you from attending, the following options are available:
Transfer of Seat: You may give your seat to a qualified colleague at no extra cost, provided they meet the professional eligibility requirements.
Course Exchange: You may request to transfer your registration to another upcoming course of equivalent value, subject to availability.
Important: If you are unable to participate, you must always contact BtS Academy as soon as possible to discuss your options and coordinate any changes.
5. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure All educational materials, including lectures and high-definition 4K live-streamed surgical footage, are the exclusive intellectual property of BtS Academy.
No Recording: Participants are strictly prohibited from filming, recording, or photographing any part of the live surgeries or lectures.
Use of Material: Content is for personal professional development only and may not be shared or used commercially.
6. Liability and Clinical Application The Programs demonstrate advanced techniques by experts. However, BtS Academy and its Faculty are not responsible for the clinical outcomes of treatments performed by participants in their own practices. Medical responsibility always remains with the individual practitioner.
