Having completed specialized training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery alongside ENT, Dr. Ferreira further honed his craft through prestigious fellowships across Europe and as a Visitor Fellow at the renowned Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital (MEETH) in New York City, where he trained under some of the world’s leading facial plastic surgeons. Deeply committed to the advancement of facial plastic surgery, Dr. Ferreira is an Assistant Professor at the ICBAS School of Medicine at the University of Porto, having earned his PhD in Medicine in 2020. He also serves as the Head of the Rhinoplasty and Facial Surgery Unit at HSA/CHUP, cementing his status as a premier clinical leader, educator, and pioneer in the field of facial harmonization.
